Hello everyone.
As our server is getting closer to its Grand Opening, our community continues to grow every day. With that growth comes a higher workload and a greater need for reliable support. Our goal has always been to provide fast, clear and fair assistance to every player, and to do that properly, we are opening a position for a Technical Support Agent.
We are looking for someone who understands how Lineage 2 servers work, knows how players think, and can handle problems calmly and professionally. Support is not just answering questions. It is being the connection between the players and the project itself.
We are looking for:
- A stress resistant and reliable person who can stay calm even in difficult situations.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Someone who already plays on the server and understands how the project works.
There is no strict age limit. However, if you are still in school, this position is not suitable for you. Education always comes first. If you are studying at a university, only distance learning can realistically be combined with this role. Full time education and support work do not mix well.
What does a Technical Support Agent do:
- Resolve player issues through the ticket system.
- Assist players who contact us via Facebook and Instagram.
- Moderate Discord and reply to topics where support is needed.
- Review bug reports and forward confirmed issues to the developers.
- Participate actively in the life of the project and attend regular voice meetings with the team.
- Help developers test fixes and updates based on reported issues.
In general, we are looking for someone flexible, willing to learn, and open to improvement. You must be able to accept constructive criticism and respond professionally. Support is the face of the project. When you reply to a player, you represent the server, not yourself. Ego and personal attitudes have no place here.
