User - Any natural person who visits, registers for, or uses the Portal and related game servers.

Portal / Website - The online environment accessible at https://l2evolution.org, including all related game services and technical infrastructure.

• Send system notifications, important service messages, and limited promotional updates to Users.

4.5 Operator Obligations

• Provide reasonable access to the Portal and its services.

• Review and respond to user inquiries and disputes in good faith.

4.6 Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond its control.

• Damage to the User’s equipment, loss of virtual items, or indirect damages (including loss of profits).

5.1 The Operator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Paid services are purely optional and provide in-game advantages or virtual goods.

6.2 Prices and descriptions are published exclusively on https://l2evolution.org.

6.3 All charges are final once the service is delivered. No refunds are provided except where required by law.

6.4 The User bears any bank fees, taxes, or other costs related to payments.

7. refund / return / cancellation policy

• All products and services are digital goods.

• Consumables (e.g., in-game currency) are refundable only if unused.

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

8. disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Portal and all services are provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The total liability of the Operator shall never exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific paid service that gave rise to the claim.

9. governing law and final provisions

9.2 Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the rest of the Agreement.

9.3 Disputes shall first be addressed through direct written communication. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction and law of Georgia.

9.4 The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on https://l2evolution.org. Continued use of the Portal after changes means acceptance.

9.5 By registering, Users also agree to comply with the Game Server Rules and community guidelines.
